Meet our team at Chipping Norton Pilates

Chipping Norton Pilates is in the heart of the town on West Street. We deliver Pilates matwork classes for small groups and one-to-one sessions. Our team of professional and friendly instructors always ensure our Pilates sessions are relaxed, fun and inclusive to everyone.

Pilates Underpinned by Physiotherapy

Founded by Lucinda Brock, a HCPC Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor, Chipping Norton Pilates delivers highly effective Pilates exercise for health and wellness. Lucinda also runs our sister company, Chipping Norton Physio, which is also located on West Street just a 2-minute walk from the Pilates studio.

Alongside Lucinda, many of our Pilates Instructors are also Chartered Physiotherapists who use their knowledge, expertise and hands on experience to deliver highly effective Pilates exercises, both in the studio and online. With our Physiotherapy knowledge underpinning the exercises in our Pilates matwork and one-to-one sessions, Chipping Norton Pilates is a powerful tool in the recovery and prevention of injury.

“Our instructors are professionals who have a good understanding of the human body”
